A global brand built from scratch to lead online training in engineering and construction.
An established school in online training for engineering and construction faced a limitation: its technical positioning was holding back its expansion. The challenge was to create a new, independent brand able to redefine its positioning and compete in a saturated global market where differentiation and credibility are key.
What we did
We defined the brand strategy from scratch, building a differentiating, global, flexible and premium-accessible positioning. We developed the value proposition and a solid conceptual platform, alongside a scalable brand architecture based on a faculties model. From there we articulated the communication territory, the storytelling and the brand personality, exploring naming routes aligned with its global ambition and identifying the main drivers, pains and opportunities of the buyer persona and the market.
