Systems

All your marketing data in one panel that answers business questions, not one that hoards metrics.

Every channel has its own report and nobody has the full performance picture.

What it is

What is a marketing dashboard?

A dashboard isn’t a place to pile up metrics: it’s a panel that answers business questions. What’s working, what isn’t and where the next euro should go. We connect all your data sources (social, web, campaigns, sales) in one place, with the reading designed from a marketing point of view. It’s the same measurement logic behind Brandformance: every system is measured by its impact on the business.

It’s the service we’ve road-tested most at home: our Intelligence tool (social listening and live dashboards) and the reporting systems we build for our brands were born exactly like this, as bespoke systems that now work every day.

How we do it

What we work on

01

Every source, one panel

Social, web, campaigns, email and sales connected in one place, updating on their own, with no copy-pasting reports.

02

Business questions, not metrics

The panel is designed from the decisions you have to make, not from the metrics that exist. Less noise, more judgement.

03

Automated reporting

Recurring reports generate and send themselves, with the reading and recommendations structured to decide fast.

What you get

The full picture of your marketing performance in real time, reports that build themselves, and decisions made with data, not hunches.

FAQs

FAQs about dashboards & reporting

How is this different from Looker Studio or Power BI?

Those are the tools; this is the system. The difference is in the design: which sources get connected, which questions the panel answers and how the reporting is automated. We use whatever technology best fits your stack, with the marketing judgement provided by us.

Does it connect to my data sources?

Yes: social, web analytics, campaign platforms, CRM and sales. If a tool holds data that matters to your business, it gets connected to the panel.

Does this replace the agency’s monthly report?

It improves it: the dashboard gives you the data in real time and the team adds the reading and the recommendations. Measuring is part of the work, not an extra.
