Vezzo was born with a concept inspired by the experience of Italian markets and the challenge of entering a highly competitive sector. The goal: establish itself as a fresh, quality, aspirational option in the audience’s top of mind and open the way to national expansion through franchises.
What we did
Italian freshness, opening by opening.
We defined a creative strategy to position the brand around the food experience and the freshness of the product, and a social media strategy with content built to attract consumers, build community and reinforce the sense of value. We also designed an openings strategy adapted to the shopping-centre environment, where Vezzo sits alongside an established food offer, maximising visibility and differentiation at each new venue. This whole strategy has been worked with constant adaptations across 6 venue openings in four different cities.
