Santagloria was seen as a chain of cafés. People didn’t understand its purpose, values, brand tone or product quality. How do you make a brand add value without losing its essence?
What we did
From café to a brand with purpose.
We changed the content strategy and the brand’s digital strategy. We designed new content types aligned with the brand’s values to create a positive impact on the community. We turned commercial content into valuable content to connect across different moments of consumption, positioning the brand as close and human. The new personality on social proved Santagloria could connect emotionally, not just transactionally.
