“It’s the experiences that change the journey”: a fresh, aspirational, premium turn.
ILUNION Hotels needed a fresh, dynamic turn in its digital presence. The goal was to clearly differentiate from the parent brand, project a more aspirational, premium image, and connect with new audiences, while easing the operational load on its in-house social media team.
What we did
The experiences that change the journey.
We guided the team through co-creation workshops to define an integrated social media strategy with a new tone, voice and visual style. We developed the concept “It’s the experiences that change the journey”, reinforcing the brand’s value proposition as an inclusive, sustainable reference. We managed the full digital ecosystem (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Ads), combining organic and paid content, with UGC actions, brand collaborations, content creators and influencers.
