Awareness for a foundation with over 20 years educating against social exclusion.
Fundación Balia has spent more than 20 years working to educate and support children and young people at risk of social exclusion. After growing organically, the new challenge was to take a leap in brand awareness and consideration to attract more donors and volunteers.
What we did
What we did, in detail.
We designed a strategic and creative action plan focused on building a strong, well-considered brand. We defined the communication territory, putting the foundation’s transformative impact at the centre. We worked on the brand’s voice and narrative, conveying warmth, trust and social value. And we developed a creative communication strategy geared to reinforcing brand consideration and laying the ground for conversion into donations and volunteering.
