Why can’t you stop seeing these chocolates on social?
Create and run a digital strategy to make every Spaniard fall for the perfect bite that comes from Patagonia: Franuí.
What we did
We built a social media strategy and a launch campaign around the brand’s concept: the perfect bite, showing the product through its moments of consumption to connect with the Spanish audience. Then we created a series of training sessions so Franuí’s marketing team could carry on running the strategy, plus a coaching plan to support them along the way.
360 activations
Outdoor, influencers, paid and organic on IG and TikTok. The activations drove 1.6x more sales than a month without them and a sales record on delivery platforms.

The idea
The strategic thinking behind it.
Launching a new, unknown product in Spain: Patagonian raspberries dipped in chocolate. The key was answering “what is Franuí?” from the moment of consumption.
The bite between meals
We positioned Franuí in its moment of consumption: that spontaneous second “between meals” that turns into the perfect bite.
“Don’t overthink it”
The campaign’s creative line. Franuí is what happens between one thing and another, when you let yourself enjoy without thinking.
Teaser, launch and trial
A phased campaign (teaser, launch, always-on) with video, influencers and street marketing to go viral and drive trial.
